1. 概述

GIF Loop Maker（“本应用”）由 Yuzhe Zhang 开发。本政策说明本应用在你选择视频或 Live Photo、编辑内容、导出 GIF 或 Live Photo 壁纸，以及使用购买功能时如何处理信息。

本应用不要求创建开发者账户，不投放广告，也不使用第三方广告追踪或行为分析 SDK。

2. 素材、编辑内容与作品

只有在你主动选择视频、Live Photo 或图片时，本应用才会访问相关内容。裁切、画面调整、滤镜、文字、图案、涂鸦和 GIF 编码均在设备本机完成，开发者不会接收或建立你的云端素材库。

照片图库

本应用使用 Apple 提供的照片选择器读取你选择的内容，并在你要求保存时将生成的 GIF 或 Live Photo 写入系统相册。你可以在系统设置中更改照片权限。

历史记录

本应用可在设备内保留最近 20 个生成的 GIF，供你预览、再次保存或删除。历史文件不会自动上传给开发者。

3. Apple 服务与购买信息

订阅与终身购买

年度订阅、一次性终身购买、付款、退款及交易记录由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 和 App Store 处理。开发者不会取得你的完整付款卡信息。恢复购买时，本应用会向 Apple 查询与你当前 Apple ID 关联的有效购买权益。

7 天试用

首次打开应用时开始计算 7 天完整试用。为减少删除后重新安装而重复获得试用，本应用会把试用状态保存在受系统保护的钥匙串中；当你的设备启用相应 Apple 同步能力时，该记录可能通过 Apple 的钥匙串服务与你的 Apple 账号关联设备同步。开发者无法读取你的 Apple ID 或钥匙串中的其他内容。

诊断信息

若你选择向 Apple 分享设备分析或崩溃诊断，Apple 可能依据你的系统设置向开发者提供汇总或诊断信息。此过程由 Apple 控制。

4. 你的选择与数据控制

  • 你可以拒绝照片访问；在授予必要权限前，素材选择与相册保存功能将不可用。
  • 你可以在应用内删除单个或多个历史 GIF。
  • 删除应用会移除应用容器中的本地素材、编辑状态及历史文件；已经保存到系统相册的作品由你在照片 App 中管理。
  • 受系统保护的试用标记可能在卸载后继续保留，以确保同一 Apple 账号只享受一次试用。
  • 你可以在订阅页面恢复符合条件的 Apple 购买。

数据安全

本应用尽量减少数据收集和不必要的网络传输，但任何电子存储或系统服务都无法保证绝对安全。

儿童隐私

本应用并非专门面向儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

政策更新

功能或法律要求发生变化时，本政策可能更新。新版本会在本页面公布并注明新的生效日期。

1. Overview

GIF Loop Maker (the “App”) is developed by Yuzhe Zhang. This policy explains how information is handled when you select videos or Live Photos, edit content, export GIFs or Live Photo wallpapers, and use purchase features.

The App does not require a developer-operated account, serve advertising, or use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics SDKs.

2. Media, edits, and creations

The App accesses a video, Live Photo, or image only when you select it. Trimming, visual adjustments, filters, text, shapes, drawings, and GIF encoding are performed on your device. The developer does not receive your media or maintain a cloud media library for you.

Photo library

The App uses Apple’s photo picker to read selected content and writes a generated GIF or Live Photo to Photos when you ask it to save. You may change photo permissions in system settings.

History

The App may keep up to 20 recently generated GIFs on your device for previewing, saving again, or deletion. History files are not automatically uploaded to the developer.

3. Apple services and purchase information

Subscription and lifetime purchase

Annual subscriptions, one-time lifetime purchases, payments, refunds, and transaction records are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details. Restore Purchases asks Apple for valid entitlements associated with the current Apple ID.

7-day trial

The full 7-day trial begins when the App is first opened. To prevent repeated trials after deletion and reinstallation, the App stores trial state in the system-protected Keychain. If the relevant Apple synchronization feature is enabled, this record may sync through Apple’s Keychain service across devices associated with your Apple account. The developer cannot read your Apple ID or unrelated Keychain contents.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share device analytics or crash diagnostics with Apple, Apple may provide aggregated or diagnostic information to the developer according to your system settings. Apple controls this process.

4. Your choices and controls

  • You may decline Photos access; media selection and saving to Photos require the relevant permission.
  • You can delete one or multiple GIF history files in the App.
  • Deleting the App removes local media, edit state, and history stored in the App container. Creations already saved to Photos remain under your control in the Photos App.
  • The protected trial marker may remain after uninstallation so that each Apple account receives the trial only once.
  • You may restore eligible Apple purchases from the subscription screen.

Security

The App limits data collection and unnecessary transfer, but no electronic storage or system service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The App is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
