无法选择视频或 Live Photo
前往“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 照片”，允许 GIF Loop Maker 访问你选择的照片，或授予完整照片访问权限。
GIF 超过 5 MB
GIF 导出会优先保证生成成功，并自动减少帧数、尺寸或色彩以满足 5 MB 限制。Live Photo 壁纸不受此限制。
无法保存到相册
确认已允许照片写入权限，并检查设备剩余空间。再次点击保存后，系统可能重新显示权限提示。
订阅或终身购买未识别
确认使用购买时的 Apple ID，然后在订阅页面点击“恢复购买”。请勿重复购买相同项目。
7 天试用说明
首次打开应用即开始 7 天完整试用，同一 Apple 账号仅可享受一次。试用结束后仍可浏览、删除或再次保存历史 GIF。
历史记录
应用最多保留最近 20 个 GIF。删除应用会移除本机历史记录，请先将需要保留的内容保存到系统相册。
Cannot select a video or Live Photo
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos and allow GIF Loop Maker to access selected photos or your full library.
GIF exceeds 5 MB
GIF export prioritizes successful creation and may automatically reduce frame rate, dimensions, or colors to meet the 5 MB limit. Live Photo wallpapers are not subject to this limit.
Cannot save to Photos
Make sure photo-library write access is allowed and that the device has sufficient free space.
Purchase not recognized
Use the Apple ID that made the purchase, then select Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Do not purchase the same product again.
About the 7-day trial
The full 7-day trial begins when the App is first opened and is available once per Apple account. Existing GIF history remains available after the trial.
GIF history
The App keeps up to 20 recent GIFs. Deleting the App removes local history, so save anything important to Photos first.
